Motivation

We studied the structures and ideas of many foreign machine. Then we developed new machine-dehumidifying dryer to plastic raw materials, which contained intelligent invention of profession research department of development. The product use a single-cell and turning wheel circulation drying cell which is auto transferred, regeneration, recoverable pletely. Since the operational process is automatic therefore the switch by four-way valve (which will cause the dew point elevated ted and be unstable) is not need. the use of turning wheel in our design is also a sharp idea which can make the dew point stable and save electric power about 30~50%.

Commet

  1. Sinle-cell and turning wheel can achieve drying, cooling and recovery altogether.
  2. Turing speed of wheel is 3 RPM/HR.
  3. The operational process are all automatic and alarm for unusual operation is included.
  4. PID is adopted to control temperature of the machine.
  5. Silence, dust collection, filter and transportation can be achieved at a time.
  6. The machine also can be locoted at region of the raw material for mass-drying.
